Saturday All Day Delivery (order by 2pm) - £15.00

Saturday AM Delivery (order by 2pm) - £25.00

Orders £200 and over - Free Standard Delivery

Please Note: The above prices are only for UK Mainland and does not Include Northern Ireland which has a standard rate of £9.95. While we strive for Saturday and next-day delivery, these options are not guaranteed. Once your order leaves our warehouse, delivery timelines depend on the courier's schedule.

International Delivery (NOT including Duties+Taxes)

US Express £45.00 (1-2 days)

EU Standard/Economy - £25.00 (3-5 days)

EU Express - £45.00 (1-2 days) NOT including Duties+Taxes

You will receive a notification from DHL EXPRESS ON-DEMAND DELIVERY (ODD) and will be provided with email/SMS updates about your shipments progress and estimated delivery date/time. If the shipment doesn’t fit your schedule the 100% free service enables you to choose the time and place of delivery. Giving you maximum flexibility and greater control over your shipment.

Returns

We hope you love every order you get, but we do understand when you may need to return something.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us in its original condition and packaging within 28 days for a full refund. Please note we do inspect goods upon delivery and are unable to accept items with signs of wear or damage.

Please Note: All Bespoke items are NON REFUNDABLE.

 

HOW TO RETURN

  1. Please complete a Returns Form and include this in your parcel so our team can help identify your order. Please return to the below address:

Decor Trader, Unit 7, Cowley Mill Industrial Park, Longbridge Way, Uxbridge, UB8 2YG.

Send with a courier of your choice and keep hold of the receipt. The cost of returns must be made by yourself unless an item is faulty. Royal Mail is usually the cheapest and most reliable option. You can also drop off your returns at our address free of charge.

  1. Once the goods have been received, your refund will be processed within 7 working days.

 

FAULTY/INCORRECT GOODS

If for any reason you receive a faulty/incorrect/missing item(s), please notify us at info@chaircoverdepot.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange a free returns label for you.
