How do I place an order?

Browse our catalog by using the navigation at left, or using the search. Once you have found what you are looking for, click on the order button to add to your shopping cart. You will see your shopping cart which will list the cost for each item. You can change your mind later and easily add and subtract items from your shopping cart. We do receive merchandise daily, so please, check back to see if the item is back in stock. Continue shopping until you're ready to check out. When you have finished shopping, click on the Shopping Cart. You can remove items, add or subtract from the quantities ordered by using the buttons provided in the shopping cart.

  • Once you have placed your order you will then arrive at a confirmation page. Your order confirmation and order number will be emailed to you.
  • Important: Please be sure to enter your correct email address. If you mistype your email address we will not be able to send you your order confirmation message or your order shipment confirmation.
Only credit cards and PayPal can be taken online. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa Debit. The order and payment information you provide will be sent electronically and securely. Your order will be processed immediately. You will receive an email within 60 minutes confirming your order. Do you have a catalogue?

Sorry, we do not have a catalogue.  We are currently designing a product catalogue which should be ready later this year.
Currently our products are listed our site only.  

How will I get confirmation that my order shipped?

Your order confirmation and order number will be also emailed to you. You will also receive a second email once the order has been dispatched with the tracking number.

What are my shipping options?

We currently use Citylink Next day before 5pm service. If your order is of an urgent nature please do contact our customer services team and we can discuss other delivery options.

Do you ship internationally?

Third party internet sites that you can link through to from our website are not covered by our Privacy and Security policy, so we accept no responsibility or liability for these sites.

What are my shipping options?

Our system is only set up to handle orders shipped within the UK and Northern Ireland. For orders too Europe and Worldwide, please call/email us and we can quote you on the courier charges.

How do I know if my items are available?

You will not be able to order any item that is not available in our store. We try to restock our inventory immediately. But in some cases we will have to wait for restocking. We are trying to get you the lowest price available and sometimes must wait for restocking.

What credit cards do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and Maestro. Also Paypal.

Is my credit card information secure?

Yes, we encrypt all information sent via the Internet, so that data arrives privately and securely at its destination. Chaircover Depot makes every effort to protect your online order by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) Technology.  .

When is my credit card charged?

The order and payment information you provide will be sent electronically and processed immediately. Delivery/Mailing charges will be included.  

What is your Return Policy?

Chaircover Depot Return and Replacement Instructions 

We cannot accept returns without the Return Authorization Number.  

 - If any of the items from your order are missing, broken, or damaged when your package arrives, please contact a customer service representative for assistance within 2 business days of delivery by calling 01753 201979. or by sending an email containing your name, order number and a description of the problem to customerservice@chaircoverdepot.co.uk We will issue you a return authorization number that should be placed on the box.

- If you believe that you have been shipped an incorrect item, please refer to the item description on the included packing slip or on the Chaircover Depot website. If you need assistance or an order correction, please contact our customer service representatives at 01753 201979 or customerservice@chaircoverdepot.co.uk

- If for any reason you do not want to keep an item you have purchased, you may return any unused, unopened, undamaged item within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund of the item’s purchase price. Please be advised that items must be repacked. Please contact us by email at customerservice@chaircoverdepot.co.uk for your Return Authorization Number (within 30 days of purchase). Items to be returned must be authorized first. Once the number has been issued, please print it on the outside of the box.  Returns received more than 30 days from the purchase date will not be processed or credited. To make a return, please pack the packaging list with Return authorization number. Please note that this is not a prepaid address label and postage is required to ship all returns. Returned orders will be processed within 3-4 weeks of delivery to our warehouse. Once your return has been processed, an email listing the amount of the credit issued will be sent to the email address you supplied at the time the order was placed.  

For all Returns, Please Note the Following: 

- For customer security, please only ship returns via carriers with tracking services or by insured courier services. Chaircover Depot is not responsible for any return that is lost or damaged during shipment back to our warehouse.   -Original and return shipping charges will not be credited.  -Items cannot be returned for an exchange of any other item. Items can be returned for credit only. (See return instructions above)

How long does my refund take?

Once we have received and processed your return, we will send you an email stating the amount we are crediting your credit card/debit card. Please allow 10 business days for us to process your return.
